Our goats are born, raised, and finished on our ranch in NW Oklahoma where they spend their entire, stress-free, lives on our grass pastures. If you are looking to source goat from somewhere you can know and trust, you have came to the right place!
GOAT WHOLE (DEPOSIT)
WHOLE GOAT PRICING FROM BRAE RANCH
Our Whole Goat will yield approximately 30 lbs of goat to fill your freezer. Of the 30 lbs there will be about 5 lbs of steak, 14 lbs of roasts, 6 lbs of ground, 5 lbs of stew, and 0.5 lbs of offal. These quantities can vary from animal to animal.
The price for a Whole Goat is $17.00 per lb based on take-home weight. A Whole Goat typically has a hanging weight of around 50 lbs and take-home weight of around 30 lbs. When you place an order for a Whole Goat you will pay a non-refundable deposit of $300. Once the take-home weight is determined you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance due.
MEAT CUT SELECTION & BUTCHER FEES
If you would like to purchase a whole goat then you have the option to customize your goat cuts! After your order is placed we will send you the Cut Sheet Form specific to the butcher of your choice. The Cut Sheet Form allows you to customize each and every cut of meat. If you are adding special requests that go beyond the Standard Cut below then additional fees may apply.

Our Whole Goat, Standard Cut option, will yield approximately 30 lbs of goat for you to take home.
If the Whole Goat take-home is 30 lbs there will be approximately:
