There is 200 acres of crop land that will be growing wheat, triticale, milo, sunflower, or sesame, depending on the time of year. The rest of the property is rolling hills and canyons that wildlife love. This property also has a 10 acre, spring fed, pond that offers great large mouth bass fishing. Also on the property is lodging that sleeps up to 8 guests. Hunting this property will generally take place in ground blinds, over agricultural fields and/or over feeding areas.
